&lt;p&gt;Most recruitment agents will deliver long list of candidates in 30 days, short list of candidates in 45 to 90 days. Then you interview few plus all other related stuff. Outcome is far from what article states. At the same time, agents are using linkedin during their research so i do not personally see the point of this article despite the fact that it shows how badly new tools have hurt cashcow recruiting business...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have personally used linkedin for european and APAC recruitment and value for money is outstanding in all ways you measureitie.
